摘    要:乙烯装置作为石化行业中高耗能生产装置之一,其节能增效措施的研究和分析意味着深远的社会意义和巨大的经济效益。"十三五"期间,石化企业需要深入研究节能降耗技术,进一步提升企业综合竞争力。对裂解炉系统运行优化、合理利用裂解液相产物、精细化管理及无排放开停工等节能增效措施进行了分析。

Abstract:Ethylene plant is one of high energy consumption units in the petrochemical industry.So the research on measures of energy saving and increasing economic efficiency will bring far-reaching social significance and enormous economic benefits.In "13th Five-Year" period " period,the petrochemical companies need to accelerate research on energy saving technology,to further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,the measures of energy saving and increasing economic efficiency were analyzed,such as prolysis furnace system operation optimization,the use of pyrolysis liquid products,ethylene plant meticulous management and emission-free start-up and shut-down.
