摘    要:度针对镀锌层黑色钝化膜干燥之前柔软易脱落等问题,提出了一种基于硫酸盐-磷酸盐型的银盐黑色钝化工艺,采用单因素试验对黑色钝化溶液组成,操作条件进行了优化,并用SEM、NSS等方法评价了黑色钝化膜的性能,研究结果表明,改良后的黑色钝化工艺完全能够满足镀锌件(特别是滚镀件)黑色钝化的实际生产需要。

Abstract:A black passivating process for electroplating zinc, which based on Ag\|blacking and passivating process using sulfate\|phosphate, was developed to improve the adhesion of black film before drying. The composition of passivating solution and process conditions were optimized by single factor test, and the properties of blacking coating were evaluated by using SEM and NSS. Experimental results showed that the black passivating process could meet the need of industrialization.
