| 摘 要： | 对牛仔织物的主要生产工艺，如经纱的染色、上浆、牛仔布后整理等工序、用料配方进行了比较系统的探讨，并分析了影响牛仔布质量的因素。介绍了其性能指标，例举了不同品种牛仔布织物的性能，从牛仔布生产的角度提出了提高产品质量的方法。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the main production processes of denim such as warp yarn dyeing,warp ends sizing and denim after finishing with the factors affecting denim quality analyzed.Denim's performance index is also introduced and ways to improve denim quality are put forward through the discussion of performances of different denim examples. |
