摘    要:将Nafion和石墨烯及纳米金复合后修饰在玻碳电极上制成修饰电极,用于尿酸电化学行为的研究。在pH 5.8的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,该修饰电极对尿酸具有良好的电催化作用,尿酸浓度在2.0×10-7 ~2.0×10-5 mol/L范围内与其氧化峰电流呈较好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9843,检出限为1.0×10-8 mol/L。方法用于实际样品的测定,加标回收率为96.8~103.2%,RSD为2.7~3.3%。

Abstract:Nafion,graphene and gold nanoparticles were composited and modified on glassy carbon electrode to make a modified electrode,which was used in the study of the electrochemical behavior of uric acid.In the phosphate buffer solution of pH 5.8,the modified electrode had a good electrocatalytic effect on uric acid.The oxidation peak current had a good linear relationship with the concentration of uric acid in the range of 2.0×10-7 mol/L-2.0×10-5 mol/L.The linear correlation coefficient was 0.9843,and the detection limit was 1.0×10-8 mol/L.The recoveries were 96.8%-103.2%and the RSDs were 2.7%-3.3%.
