茶叶中重金属铅、镉的研究进展

摘    要:茶在我国具有悠久的历史,也是我国人们在日常生活中最常饮用的饮料,因此茶叶的质量安全问题需要得到重视。本文主要阐述重金属铅、镉污染对茶叶影响及对茶叶中重金属铅、镉的检测技术进行了较全面的综述,为进一步研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:Tea is the most popular drink in daily life and it has a long history in China.So the quality and safety of tea must be taken seriously. This paper mainly summarized the effect of heavy metal plumbum and cadmium 's pollution on tea and overviewed the detection technologies about plumbum and cadmium.This paper can provide a foundation for further study.
