摘    要:为了保障雨水排除系统规划与设计的合理性和可靠性,针对国家气象局推出的新的降雨资料数据格式,开发出一套能与该降雨数据无缝衔接的暴雨强度公式推求系统软件。该系统采用两种降雨样本选取方法(年最大值法和年多个样法)选取降雨样本工作数据,采用三种理论频率分析方法(Pearson-Ⅲ型分布、耿贝尔分布和指数分布曲线)进行样本拟合,采用六种数学方法综合计算并择优选取暴雨强度公式参数,保证了暴雨强度公式推求的正确性和可靠性。该系统可以根据当地气象局提供的数值化降雨资料,同时推求出年最大值法和年多个样法两种暴雨强度公式,为推求城市暴雨强度公式奠定了基础。

Abstract:In order to ensure the rationality and reliability of the stormwater drainage system planning and design,a system software for storm intensity formula derivation which seamlessly integrates with the new rainfall data format provided by the National Weather Service was developed.In this system,two storm sample selection methods(the annual maximum value method and annual multi-sampling method) are used to select rainfall data samples.Three theoretical frequency analysis methods(Pearson-Ⅲ distribution,Gumbel distribution and the exponential distribution curve) are used to fit the sample,six mathematical methods are used for parameter calculation and to select the optimum parameters.It ensures the correctness and reliability of the storm intensity formula.The system can derive the storm intensity formula corresponding to two different ways according to the numerical rainfall data provided by the local weather bureau and lays the foundation for derivation of urban storm intensity formula.
