| 摘 要： | 广州西江引水工程输水管线以DN3 600预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)为主管材,分析了大口径PCCP管在长距离输水管线中应用的关键技术问题,包括管道水头损失的计算、粗糙系数的选用、管材结构设计标准的选择、配件设计、软土地基处理、管道基础形式及止推形式的做法等,最后提出了PCCP管应用的展望与建议。

| Abstract: | DN3 600 prestressed concrete cylinder pipes(PCCP) are used as main pipes in the transmission pipeline of Guangzhou Xijiang water diversion project.The key technical problems in applications of large diameter PCCP in the long distance transmission pipeline were analyzed,including calculation of head losses in the pipeline,determination of roughness coefficient,selection of pipe structure design standard,design of fittings,treatment of soft soil foundation,pipe bedding and trust forms.The prospect and suggestions for applications of PCCP were proposed. |
