| 摘 要： | 首先分析了虚拟企业的产生过程并把虚拟企业与传统企业进行了比较，指出了虚拟企业的优势，接着分析了虚拟企业的构建过程，将其分为识别、组建、运行和终止四个阶段，指出了构建过程中每个阶段应该考虑的关键因素，然后针对每个阶段的特点及其关键因素，就虚拟企业的构建过程提出相应的管理方法。

| Abstract: | The paper makes an analysis on the historical development of the Virtual Enterprise (VE) and a comparison between the virtual enterprises and the traditional ones, points out their advantages, and then illustrates the four stages of the virtual enterprise formation: identification, formation, operation and termination. In addition , it points out the key problems and imporant elements of each stage, and the relative administrative methods are put forward. |
