摘    要:保证冷冻油源源不断地返回压缩机是制冷系统设计中最重要的课题之一。针对现有技术中存在的缺点,开发了一种低成本的多台制冷压缩机自动均油回路,它不仅生产制造容易,维修,更换配件方便,而且对压缩机安装无任何特殊要求,理论分析了此自动均油回路对变频空调系统回油性能的影响,实验结果表明:此自控装置性能可靠、可用于大、中型变容量制冷系统。

Abstract:It is one of the most important problems to assure lubricating oil of returning to the compressors all the time.An automatically balancing oil loop in multi compressors system is invented to make up the deficiency of technologies used before.It has such advantages as low cost,easy manufactur,freely exchanging parts etc.And it has no special requirement to the setting position of compressors.The influence on the performance of variable refrigerant volume air conditioning system is analyzed in theory.And the experiment results show that this device has reliable performance and can be used in large and medium systems.
