摘    要:某12.5MV·A矿热电炉无功补偿装置在运行中发生两次熔断器群爆的生产故障,检查发现部分电容器鼓胀严重。本文对此进行综合分析,指出故障原因与生产工艺有着密切关系,结合生产工艺情况提出有效对策,确保无功补偿设备安全稳定运行。

Abstract:The reactive power compensation devices of 12.5MV - A arc furnace occurred explosion twice in the production. Afer careful check, we found that some capacitors bulged seriously. It pointed out that the failure causes had a close relationship with production process. The effective countermeasures were put forward according to production process to enssure safe and steady operation of reactive power compensation devices.
