氧化亚铜制备方法的研究进展

摘    要:氧化亚铜(Cu2O)具有优越的光电性质,是一种具有广泛用途的材料。结合最新的研究进展综述了Cu2O的制备方躐重点介绍了液相反应法、固相反应法中各种方法的特点和研究新进展,并阐明了制备Cu2O的发展趋势。

Abstract:Cu2O is one of the widest used materials depending on its excellent photoelectric properties.The preparation methods of Cu2O with reference to the latest research progress was described.Their advantages and disadvantages as well as the recent research advances of each preparation method in liquid phase reaction method and solid phase reaction method are mainly introduced.The preparation development trends of Cu2O are also presented.
