| Abstract: | Cu2O is one of the widest used materials depending on its excellent photoelectric properties.The preparation methods of Cu2O with reference to the latest research progress was described.Their advantages and disadvantages as well as the recent research advances of each preparation method in liquid phase reaction method and solid phase reaction method are mainly introduced.The preparation development trends of Cu2O are also presented. |
