摘    要:小浪底水库运用方式不同于一般水库的特点在于它的减淤2调节,它吸取了三门峡水库的经验教训,采用逐步抬高汛期运用水位,以有利于山东河道减淤为目标,汛期调节出库流量集中于600m^2/s、2500~4000m^3/s两级流量。洪水是黄河来沙与下游河道淤积的主体,为使水库多拦对下游有害的粗泥沙、多排对下游无害的细泥沙,可采取拦粗排细的运用方式,即根据水情预报,当出现流量大于2500m^2/s的洪水时,提前

Abstract:The operation model of Xiaolangdi reservoir is different from others. Its characteristic is flow and sediment regulation for sedimentation reduction in the lower Yellow River. Drawing experiences and lessons from Sanmenxia reservoir, it adopted the method of gradually increasing the operational level in flood seasons, as well as two levels of outflow discharges of 600 m 3/s and 2?500 m 3/s to 4?000 m 3/s during flood seasons for the purpose of beneficial to the sedimentation reduction of Shandong Reaches. Floods are the main reason for the sediment flowing into the Yellow River and sedimentation in the lower reaches. In order to retain coarse sediment which is harmful to the lower Yellow River and discharge fine sediment which is relatively less of harm to the reaches, it is possible to regulating reservoirs according to runoff forecast. When discharge is larger than 2?500?m 3/s, it can discharge water based on the upper limitation in two days ahead of time to reduce the storage water at early stage, to increase sediment release ratio of the reservoirs and strengthen the function of sedimentation reduction of Xiaolangdi reservoir in the lower Yellow River.
