| 摘 要： | 突发性事故往往造成重大损失。如何构建完善的安全管理体系将是预防突发性事故发生的研究主体。突发性事故原因主要是危险因素的作用。本文通过对露天矿山突发性事故的分类及相关危险因素的分析总结,进行了如何构建安全管理体系的思路研究,提出了安全管理体系建设框架,为露天矿山安全管理体系构建之初提供了技术路线,对指导安全管理体系的建设具有一定的意义。

| Abstract: | Sudden accident always causes a great loss. How to construct a perfect safety management system is the main research content for preventing sudden accident. The function of risk factors is the main reason of sudden accident. The classification of sudden accidents and related risk factors are analyzed and summarized in this paper. How to construct safety management system is studied, and the framework about safety management system is put forward. The technical route for the beginning of this system is provided, which is significant for the construction of safety management system. |
