摘    要:螺栓连接是铝合金结构中最常用的节点形式,对铝合金板件螺栓连接节点的承压性能进行试验研究与分析是十分必要的。结合建筑结构领域常用的2种铝合金材料6061-T6和6063-T5,设定螺栓直径和端距为试验参数,总共对20个螺栓连接节点试件进行了加载试验,得出了节点试件的承压承载力以及荷载与螺栓孔变形的关系。利用ANSYS建立...

Abstract:With the increased application of aluminum structures, it is of great necessity to investigate the bearing performance of bolted joint for aluminum alloy sheets. In total twenty specimens of alloys 6061-T6 and 6063-T5 were tested, with test parameters such as screw diameter and end distance taken into account. Ultimate bearing capacities of the bolted joints were obtained, as well as the relationship between applied load and deformation of bolt hole. Corresponding numerical simulation was implemented on the basis of finite element (FE) models set up by ANSYS software. The accuracy of the FE models was verified with respect to the perfect agreement between test results and those predicted by numerical simulation. The contribution of end distance, pretension and friction coefficient to the bearing capacity of bolted joints was elaborated. Eventually, a new computational formula for bearing capacity of bolted joint for aluminum alloy sheets was proposed.
