| Abstract: | The modification of epoxy resin by organic silicon had been developed recently which not only effectively reduced the epoxy resin internal stress,but also improved its toughness and high temperature resistance.Their compatibility was the key of modification.A review was given on the methods of modification,reaction mechanisms and research developments of epoxy modified by organic silicon. |
