摘    要:冶炼厂铜转炉产出含有价金属铼、铟、铋、锌、铜的大量白烟灰固体废弃物。本文介绍了综合开发再利用白烟灰过程中产生的粉尘、废气、废水、噪声及固体物的治理措施,治理后减少了污染物的排放,白烟灰由8000t/a减少到2805t/a,减排量为64.5%,符合国家对固体废物减量化、无害化、资源化的原则。

Abstract:There are a lot of solid waste of white ash containing valuable metals like rhenium, indium, zinc, bismuth, copper produced from copper converter in smelter. This paper introduced the effective measures of treating dust, waste gas, noise and solids waste in the process of comprehensively recovering. It reduced the pollutant discharge, the ash solids decreased from 8 000 t/a to 2 805 t/a, the amount of e- mission reduction was 64.9%. And it conforms to the national principle of reduce, reuse, recycle of sol- id waste.
