折流式旋转床出口气相流场研究

摘    要:采用实验的方法对折流式旋转床气体出口流场进行研究。实验在旋转床壳体直径为724mm,气体出口直径为152mm的折流式旋转床中进行,在常温常压空气单相的情况下采用5孔探针测量了不同转速和气量下旋转床出口位置的气相流场。实验得到了不同转速不同气量下气相切向、径向和轴向速度随无因次半径变化的流场分布情况,从而为折流式旋转床的设计提供理论基础。

Abstract:An experimental investigation was completed for studying the gas flow field in gas outlet of Rotating Zigzag Bed (RZB). The experiment was carried out in the gas outlet of RZB with RZB casing diameter of 724 mm and the gas outlet diameter of 104 ram. In the case of air single-phase under normal temperature and pressure, the gas flow field in the gas outlet of RZB was measured by using five - hole probe at different rotating speed and gas flowrate. The experimental gets the distribution of gas tangential velocity,radial and axial velocity with dimensionless radial at different rotating speed and gas flowrate. It can provide the basis for the structure improvement of RZBs.
