| Abstract: | In this paper, the characteristics of Butterworth low-pass filter are first analysed, and then how to use the functions, which are provided by signal processing toolbox of MATLAB, to design Butterworth low-pass filter is proposed. The method makes the design of Butterworth filter simplier, quicklier and more intuitively. |
