| 摘 要： | 金属陶瓷面砖是用反应离子镀法在普通陶瓷砖的基体上，沉积一层硬质装饰膜（ＴｉＮ膜）．本文对金属陶瓷面砖的生产工艺、技术性能和成本分析等作了较详细的介绍。分析了影响金属陶瓷面砖颜色、附着力和膜层硬度的因素，并分别提出了解决办法。 |

| Abstract: | Ceramic face brick is produced by using reaction ionic-plating to precipitate a Layer of hard decorative film(Tin film)on the base of common pottery brick Presented in this paper,is a detailed introduction to ceramic face brick with its production technology,technical properties,cost analysis, etc. Also analysed are the factors which affect the colour of ceramic face brick,adhesion hardness of its film layer. Ways of how to solve the problems are put for ward respectively. |
