| 摘 要： | 住宅楼粉刷已经成为旧城改造常用的手段之一.该文以正在建设中的奥运伙伴城市--青岛为例,分析了城市中几类不同粉刷方法,指出其特点、应用范围以及注意事项,同时探讨了这种改造方式的参考价值和对城市改造的意义.

| Abstract: | Residential building stuccoing has become a usual means for old cites reconstruction. With the example of Qingdao, the Partner City of Olympics under construction, the article analyzes several Stuccoing methods and points out their characteristics, using scopes and precautions, while discusses their reference value and significance to urban reconstruction. |
