| 摘 要： | 通过抚顺石化80万t/a年乙烯装置的乙烯制冷压缩机的设计制造及投运的成功案例,阐述了沈鼓首套国产化的大型乙烯制冷压缩机的结构设计、低温材料的选择及加工,并对机组的运行效能进行了试验及投用数据的详细分析计算,为大型乙烯制冷压缩机的国产化推广提供重要的依据。

| Abstract: | Based on design and manufacture and commissioning of ethylene refrigeration compressor used in 800 kt/a ethylene plant of Fushun petrochemical company, structure design, cryogenic steel choice and manufacturing process of the first domestic large ethylene refrigeration compressor were illustrated. The performance of the ethylene refrigeration compressor was tested, and commissioning data were analyzed. |
