摘    要:为研究光谱载体LiCl对ICP—OES法测定Pb、Mn的影响,通过测定在不同LiCl浓度、射频功率、观测高度、载气流量和进样量条件下谱线MnⅠ279.482nm,MnⅠ403.075nm,MnⅡ257.610nm,MnⅡ259.372nm,PbⅠ217.000nm,PbⅠ283.306nm。PbⅡ220.353nm的净强度,得到了各谱线灵敏度的影响规律。证明LiCl是ICP-OES法测定Pb、Mn的良好光谱载体,LiCl增敏ICP-OES法测定地表水中Pb、Mn是可行的。

Impact of spectrum carrier fithium chloride on determining lead and manganese by ICP-OES

Abstract:In order to study the impact of spectrum carrier LiCl on determining lead and manganese by ICP-OES, the law of spectrum sensitivity changes was obtained by determining the spectrum net intensity of Mn Ⅰ 279.482 tun, Mn Ⅰ 403.075 ran, Mn Ⅱ 257.610 nm, Mn Ⅱ 259.372 nm, Pb Ⅰ 217.000 nm, Pb Ⅰ 283.306 tun and Pb Ⅱ 220.353 nm in different conditions. The conditions were obtained through changing the concentration of LiCl, RF Power, observation height, the flow of cartier gas and injection volume. LiCl was proved to be good spectrum cartier for determining lead and manganese by ICP-OES. It was proved to be feasible for determining lead and manganese in water with Lithium chloride as sensitizer by ICP-OES.
