壳聚糖分子印迹槲皮素识别材料的制备

摘    要:采用分子印迹技术,制备了能识别槲皮素的壳聚糖分子印迹聚合物,系统研究了在不同交联机理及交联率条件下对其分子印迹聚合物特异性识别能力的影响。实验结果显示,以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂制备印迹材料对槲皮素的吸附容量为36.22 mg/g。

Abstract:The objective of this work was to study the performance of chitosan-MIP imprinted for Quercetin.The influence of cross-link ratio on the specific binding was evaluated in this work.Results showed that the MIP prepared at optimum condition has significant recognition properties to Quercetin.The maximum binding capacities of chitosan-MIP measure 36.22 mg/g in the model solution.
