中高层建筑对青岛中山路历史街区的影响及其利用

高层建筑为人们带来了更多的使用空间,同时也给人们带来了一系列的问题,尤其在历史街区中,有很多高层建筑的建造忽视了与城市的和谐,孤立地存在于城市环境中,没有亲切感,使人们对之产生畏惧感,伴随着交通问题的出现,高层建筑与周围环境关系已成为目前城市设计的一个严峻的问题,解决好现存高层建筑与历史风貌及经济发展的关系显得尤为重要.通过对中山路历史街区保护与更新的调研,对高层建筑对历史街区的影响加以浅析,并提出几种对街区中高层建筑的再利用方式,以达到集约经济、经济可持续发展的目的.

Influence and reuse of high-level architecture to Qingdao Zhongshan Road historical blocks

High-rise building has brought more living space for the people to take the use of, but it also produces a series of problems, especially in the historical blocks, a lot of high-rise buildings built with ignorance of the urban design, isolated existence in the urban environment with no kindness but fear. Moreover, accompanied by the emergence of the traffic problem, relationship of high-rise buildings with the surrounding environment has become a serious problems of the current urban design. How to solve the existing high-rise buildings and historical style and features and the relationship between the economic development proves to be particularly important. This article through Zhongshan Road historical block protection and renovation of investigation raises a question on the influence of the historical block in high-rise building, and finds a way of how to reuse it for intensive economy, the purpose of economic sustainable development.
