| 摘 要： | 避免或减低自身的风险是承包商在工程实际中始终追求的目标,文中分析了项目文档管理与工程索赔的关系,总结出文档管理在国际工程管理中重要性.通过若干实例的应用,进一步阐述了良好的文档管理在承包商的经营管理中所担负的重要任务和其对于承包商避免或减低风险所做的贡献.

| Abstract: | reducing risks is the final target pursued by the Contractor in the course of engineering practices. This paper analyzes the relations in between document management and claim, summarizes the importance of the document management in the international civil engineering works. Discussed the important role what the favorable document management bears in the Contractor's engineering management and the contribution of avoiding/reducing risks to the Contractor. |
