| 摘 要： | 在实验室条件下制备了一种无亚硝酸钠环保型切削液。采用失重法、湿热试验方法对其对钢铁的缓蚀性能进行了评定，并评定了其表面张力、清洁性能。实验结果表明该切削液对钢铁有较强的缓蚀性能，可以将其广泛用于黑色金属的加工制造之中。

| Abstract: | Described a synthesizing metal cutting liquor. The weightlessness method and wet-hot experiments were used to assess its corrosion mitigation to steel in the aqueous solution. Also analysed the metal cutting liquor surface tension and rinse performance. The results showed that the metal cutting liquor has stronger performance of corrosion mitigation to steel. It can be widely used in ferrous metal cutting process. |
