摘    要:某提取稀贵金属后的铜阳极泥中仍含碲,采用常规工艺碱性浸出,碲浸出率小于10%;采用硫酸和氯化钠体系双氧水浸出,碲浸出率小于79%。提出了在常温硫酸体系中,用高锰酸钾氧化浸出工艺,浸出5h后,碲的浸出率达92%。

Abstract:For certain refractory tellurium-bearing waste residue after extracting noble metals, the leaching rate of tellurium is less than 10% by conventional alkaline leaching. In sulfuric acid and sodium chloride solution system, the leaching rate of tellurium is less than 79% by hydrogen peroxide oxidation leaching. A new craft of potassium permanganate oxidation leaching in sulfuric acid solution at normal temperature is put forward. The experiment results show that leaching rate of tellurium can be increased to 92% by the new craft after 5 hours leaching.
