机织间隔衬垫织物的压缩性能探讨

研究了机织间隔衬垫织物压缩性能的影响因素及其影响规律。选择间隔纱线原料、间隔纱密度、间隔纱高度为影响因素,采用正交试验方法安排试验方案,用直观分析法得出各因素对压缩性能影响的主次顺序,分析了各因素与压缩性能的关系,找出了机织间隔衬垫织物压缩性能最优方案。研究发现影响机织间隔衬垫织物压缩性能的主要因素为间隔纱的密度和高度,间隔纱的原料影响稍小;间隔纱密度对机织间隔衬垫织物压缩性能影响最大,间隔纱密度越大,抗压性能和弹性回复性能越好。

Research on the effect of woven distance fabric on the compressibility

Factor and rule of effecting fabric compressibility were studied.Raw material,density and height of the spacing yarn were taken as influential factors.Orthogonal test was adopted,through variance analysis effect degree of three factor to fabric compressibility was distinguished.The primary and secondary order of various factors on the heat insulating ablity was obtained with visual analysis.That was spacing yarn height,raw material and density.The relationship between various factors and compressibility was analyzed,the best performance program of the compressibility was found.
