摘    要:研究了基于WAMS系统数据的机组非停扰动下PSS调节性能的评估和参数校核方法。首先阐释了基于相移原理的PSS调节性能评估原理。其次在额定有功功率、50%额定有功功率、发电机进相三种工况下进行了机组非停扰动下实际电网仿真计算。然后对实际电网中某次故障停机事故的WAMS数据进行了分析,进一步证实了通过有功功率与PSS输出信号的相位差评估PSS参数的有效性,并通过现场负载阶跃试验验证了PSS参数的正确性。通过理论分析、仿真计算和现场试验相结合,论证了所述方法的有效性,该成果对于PSS性能的改善具有积极的意义。

Abstract:Based on the data of WAMS system,the evaluation and parameter checking method of PSS regulation performance were studied at generator tripping.Firstly,the principle of PSS regulation performance is explained based on phase shift principle.Secondly,the simulation calculation of the generator tripping is carried out under the three conditions of rated active power,50%rated active power,and generator feed phase.Then,the WAMS data of a fault shutdown accident was analyzed in the actual power grid,and a step was taken to verify the validity of the PSS parameters by the phase difference between active power and PSS output signal,and the correctness of the PSS parameters was verified by the field load step test.the effectiveness of the method is demonstrated by the combination of theoretical analysis,simulation calculation and field test,the result has positive significance for improving the performance of PSS.
