| 摘 要： | 根据某厂齿轮轴颈的技术要求及工况条件,制定了脉冲电刷镀修复方案,并详细介绍了此方案的工艺方法.结果表明,脉冲电镀工艺能增加镀层厚度,增强镀层硬度,效果明显优于直流电刷镀工艺.
