粗糙度对压气机叶栅性能影响研究

摘    要:受工作环境的影响,空气中的杂质进入到压气机内部,这些杂质冲击压气机部件表面造成壁面粗糙度增加,严重时会造成叶片损伤,严重影响压气机的安全稳定运行。为了分析粗糙度造成压气机性能衰退的气动原因,首先需要研究粗糙度对叶栅性能的影响。选择某双弧形压气机叶栅作为研究对象,首次使用一种多控制点叶型型线变化的方法模拟二维粗糙叶片表面,从而实现粗糙叶片的物理模型体现。数值模拟计算过程中避开了传统的、经验式的壁面函数方程,提高了数值模拟对于粗糙表面的计算精度。研究了不同粗糙度以及不同粗糙位置条件下叶栅各方面的损失变化。研究结果表明:当叶栅表面完全粗糙时,尾迹损失值较光滑叶栅升高33%;叶背前缘20%位置的粗糙度对叶栅性能影响最大。

Abstract:Affected by the working environment,the impurities in the air will enter the compressor.The impact of these impurities will cause the roughness increment on the surface of compressor components.And in severe cases,the blades will be damaged or even broken,which will seriously affect the safe and stable operation of the compressor.In order to analyze the aerodynamic reason of the compressor performance decline caused by the roughness,the effect of roughness on the cascade performance needs to be studied firstly.In this paper,a double arc compressor cascade is selected as the research object,and for the first time,a method of changing the blade profile of multiple control points is used to simulate the two dimensional rough blade surface,so as to realize the physical model of the rough blade.The traditional and empirical wall function equations are avoided in the numerical simulation calculation process,which improves the numerical simulation calculation accuracy for rough surfaces.The loss changes of various aspects of the cascade under different roughness and different rough position conditions are studied.The research result shows that when the surface of the cascade is completely rough,the wake loss value is 33% higher than that of the smooth cascade;the roughness at 20% of the leading edge of the blade suction surface has the greatest impact on the performance of the cascade.
