摘    要:本文介绍了一种两维分布式数控系统控制单元和驱动单元的硬件结构,这种数控系统可以自动地对在冲床上加工的铁板送排料,控制单元的硬件结构可以使系统在运行用户程序时采用并行工作方式,能根据两个伺服电机的特性分别作升降速处理,将升降速时间控制在最小范围内,保证送排料的高速性;还可以保证数据真正的并行处理,使数据预处理完全不占用伺服单元运行时间.本文还介绍了调频调压运行和低压锁定相结合的步进电机驱动电路,既达到高速送排料的目的,也可降低功耗,提高系统可靠性.

Abstract:The hardware structure of the control and the device unit of a 2-D distributed NCsystem is introduced,the system can feed a punching machine automatically.The hardwareconstruction of the control unit can ensures that the NC system parallel work as the user's programme is run and the servo motor increases or decreases speed respectively in the least time.The construction can also ensures that treatment date is parallel truely and doesn's take up anytime for the servo electric motor running.A device electric circuit combining high volt generated based on varied motor running freqence and low volt for locking for the stepping motor is introduced,which ensures high speed feeding,low power loss and high reliability.
