| 摘 要： | 型焦生产是洁净煤技术之一，其关键技术是型焦炭化炉的结构及其特性。笔者分析了目前国内型焦炉存在的问题，针对弱粘结煤、非粘结煤结焦特性，设计了一种双层斜底炭化室型焦炭化炉，并对其结构及特性进行了详细研究，该炉具有型焦炭化过程热工制度合理、型焦质量好、热效率高、环境友好。为目前型焦生产，减少环境污染，提高型焦生产质量和生产效率提供了一种技术选择。

| Abstract: | The technology of formed coke production is one of the clean coal technology. The key point is the structures and characteristics of formcoke charing oven. Designed a foracoke chafing oven with the type of double-layer heel tap chafing room and carried out a detailed research on its structure and characteristics in cognizance of the non-caking and weak-caking coal. This oven can improve the quality and productivity of formed coke production as well as reducing environmental pollution owing to reasonable processing, good quality of formed coke, high thermal efficiency,environmentally friendly. |
