摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法同时分析食品中的五种防腐剂(山梨酸、苯甲酸、脱氢乙酸、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯).其最适测定条件为:色谱柱Agilent TC-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相A为100%乙腈,流动相B为0.02mol/L乙酸铵水溶液进行梯度洗脱,流速1.000mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长254nm,进样量10μL.该方法可将5种防腐剂很好的分开,目标物检出限0.065~0.601mg/kg,回收率〉90%,相对标准偏差RSD〈5%,对市售多种类样品进行5种防腐剂的检测,操作快捷,结果较好.

Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method is developed for five preservatives(benzoic acid,sorbic acid,dehydroacetic acid,methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate,ethyl hydroxybenzoate).The conclusions are as follows:chromatogram pillar is Agilent C18(250 mmx4.6 mm,5 μm),temperature is 35 ℃;the detection wavelength is 254 nm;the injection volume is 10 μL;the relative standard deviations below 5%,the average recovery up 90%,the concentration limits is between 0.065~0.601 mg/kg.This method is validated in terms of sensitivity,accuracy,and selectivity in five preserbatives detection of differrent kinds food.
