摘    要:文章采用人工神经网络对包钢无缝钢管厂Ф180机组张力减径过程管材的厚度、外径进行分析,建立多层神经网络模型对张减机出口壁厚进行预测,以适应生产过程的要求。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the wall thickness and outer diameter of tube during the stretch - reducing process of Ф180 unit in the Seamless The Plant of Baotou Steel based on netLral network. The multi - layer neural network model can be used to predict the outer wall thickness of tube at the exit of mill and meet the production requirenments.
