| 摘 要： | 基于系统论思想,结合建设工程管理实践经验,采用系统分析方法,提出技术、资源、关系和信息是建设工程紧缩工期管理系统的4个子系统,揭示了4个子系统及要素间相互关系,提出了4个子系统管理原则,构建了系统管理框架,并对每个系统要素提出了具体管理措施。

| Abstract: | Based on system theory and past experience of construction management,a management system for projects with tight schedule was proposed,which consists of four subsystems of technology,resource,relationship and information.In this paper,the relationship among these four sub-systems and their key elements were described and their management principles were highlighted.A framework was established for the management system and detailed management methods were proposed for each key element. |
