双辊连续铸轧机铸轧辊铜辊套(2)

本篇是全文的第二部分,对钢-钢、铜-钢(通常上辊辊套为铜合金的、下辊辊套为钢的)、铜-铜三种组合辊套铸轧机铸轧铝合金带坯,其铸轧速度及生产能力进行了对比;对分别采用三种组合辊套生产的1050、8011、3003铝合金带坯的组织进行了对比;介绍了用钢-铜组合辊套铸轧的8006、8011铝合金带坯生产的箔材的组织和性能。显示出铜合金辊套具有很多的优越性。还介绍了铜辊套铸轧机生产铝合金带坯的典型生产工艺。

Copper roll sleeve of double roll continuous casting machine(2)

The quality of continuous cast aluminum alloy strip,casting speed and productivity of the double-roll continuous casting machine using different roll sleeves have been compared with each other.The rolls of the continuous casting machine have been made in three groups,that are double roll with steel sleeves,the second group is top roll with copper sleeve and the bottom roll with steel sleeve,and the third group is double roll with copper sleeves.The microstructures of 1050,8011 and 3003 aluminum alloy strip being cast by the three group rolls have been compared with each other.The microstructures and mechanical properties of 8006 and 8011 aluminum foil have been compared with each other as well.The above mentioned foils have been rolled from strips being cast by the second group of rolls.The comparison result shows that the continuous casting machine with the third group of rolls is the optimum one.The typical production processes of the continuous casting machine with the third group of rolls for aluminum alloy strip production have been introduced.
