摘    要:介绍采用电控电机式执行机构的AMT离合器控制方案。介绍了AMT系统的结构组成及离合器控制原理图、电机式执行机构设计思想和工作原理,给出了电控单元TCU的电机驱动电路和离合器位置检测电路硬件图。

Abstract:The clutch control of Automated Mechanical Transmission (AMT) system is the key and difficult issue in the development of AMT. In this paper, a clutch control plan in which electric control-motor is used as the actuator is introduced. The framework of AMT system, the principle diagram of clutch control, and the design idea and operational principle of motor actuator are presented. The hardware of the driving circuit and position measuring circuit of Transmission Control Unit (TCU) are given.
