| 摘 要： | 随着Intranet技术和通信技术的迅猛发展,人工智能技术对邮政系统的科技发展将会产生重大的推动作用。阐述了人工智能技术在邮政运输调度系统中的应用,介绍了全国邮政干线网邮运调度专家系统的研究目标、控制方案、知识组织与分布及系统的控制结构。
