| Abstract: | Through the introduction of transformation background of the 4100 XPC electricshovel push pulley, put forward the concrete retrofit scheme of pulley, mainly introduced 4100 XPC electricshovel push pulley expansion sleeve type selection calculation, and the material selection calculation of pulley,expansion sleeve and flat key. Set the processing scheme, testing standard and the acceptance standard of pulley, expansion sleeve and flat key. Finally, the expected profit after the transformation was evaluated. |
