摘    要:介绍了制动系统的结构组成和作用机理,并分析其载荷工况条件。运用HyperMorph对制动盘有限元模型的工作区域进行形状优化设计,采用优化技术确定其结构尺寸,使制动盘结构具有较高的动态特性。在确保制动盘机械性能的条件下,提高外界激励下的刚度特性,并采用OptiStruct对制动盘机械安装部分进行频率响应的拓扑优化设计。

Abstract:Structural composition and functional principle of the brake system were introduced, and its load conditions were analyzed. HyperMorph was adopted to implement the shape optimization design of the brake disc finite element model in its working area, and its structural sizes were determined which can make its structure have higher dynamic characteristics. Under the condition of ensureing the mechanical performance of the brake disc, improved its stiffness under external excitation, the topological optimization design with frequency response for mechanical installation area of the brake disc was adopted by using OptiStruct.
