摘    要:为了适应矿山物联网的发展和煤矿智能化矿山的建设,解决现有基于RS485、CAN通信技术的传感器设备普遍存在的交互速率慢、传输距离受限、电磁干扰瞬时通信丢帧等难题,开发了一种基于光纤信号传输的矿用传感器。该装置采用了光电转换模组的低功耗设计、可实现供电和数据交互的光电混接连接器设计,传感器对外通信速率不低于100 Mb/s,传输距离不小于6 km,能够满足智能化矿山检测层传感器防潮、防湿、防粉尘、传输速率高、传输损耗小、传输距离远、误码率低、抗电磁干扰等要求,为智能化传感器大数据、多信息的快速传输提供了硬件基础,推动了安全监控系统检测层设备的技术升级。

Abstract:In order to adapt to the development of the internet of things in mines and the construction of intelligent mines in coal mines, and solve the common problems of the existing sensor equipment based on RS485 and CAN communication technology, such as slow interaction rate, limited transmission distance,electromagnetic interference, instantaneous communication frame loss and so on, a mining sensor based on optical fiber signal transmission was developed. The device adopts the low-power design of photoelectric conversion module,and realize the design of photoelectric hybrid connector for power supply and data interaction. The external communication rate of the sensor is not less than 100 Mb/s, and its transmission distance is not less than 6 km. The sensor can meet the requirements of intelligent mine detection layer sensor for moisture-proof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, high transmission rate, small transmission loss, long transmission distance, low bit error rate and anti-electromagnetic interference. The sensor provides the hardware foundation for the rapid transmission of intelligent sensor big data and multi information, and promotes the technical upgrading of the detection layer equipment of the security monitoring system.
