粗精矿预先分级新技术在泗洲选矿厂的应用

摘    要:论述了粗精矿预先分级新技术在德兴铜矿泗洲选矿厂的生产应用情况,该工艺应用于二段再磨分级,粗精矿中的细粒级被提前分离出来,减少了球磨机的循环负荷,少运行一台球磨,降低了成本,避免了过磨现象,改善了溢流粒度组成,使二段铜回收率提高0.2%。

Rough Concentrate Grade in Advance of the Application of New Technologies in Si Zhou Concentrator

Abstract:Discussed on production application of the new rough concentrate pre- classification technology in Sizhou concentrator,Dexing copper mine. The new technique process was used in second re- grind classification; the granule concentrate was pre- separated from rough concentrate,the circulating load of ball mills was decreased,with one ball mill machine operation was decreased,cost was also decreased and over mill process was avoided; The overflow particle size composition was improved,and secondary copper recovery rate was increased by 0. 2%.
