复合乳化剂在德兴铜矿预装药应用研究

针对德兴铜矿乳化炸药预装药应用与现有的乳化炸药制备技术不能满足的矛盾,为增加乳化炸药在炮孔内的贮存时间和贮存稳定性,大幅减少德兴铜矿露天爆破的频率,达到爆破作业高效化和提高矿山大型设备作业效率的目的,开展预装药应用试验,达到了预期相应目标。

Study and Application of Compounded Emulsifying Agent of Pre-charging Explosives in Dexing Copper Mine

For the contradictions of the application of compounded emulsifying agent of pre- charging explosives in Dexing copper mine could not meet with the existing preparation technology of compounded emulsifying,in order to increase the time and the stability of compounded emulsifying storage in blasting holes,reduced the frequency of surface blasting in Dexing copper mine to achieve the target of efficient blasting operations and improving operation efficiency of large mining equipment. The expected target was achieved through compounded emulsifying agent pre- charging application tests.
