| 摘 要： | 应用数据包围分析ＤＥＡ （ｄａｔａ ｅｎｖｅｌｏｐｍｅｎｔ ａｎａｌｙｓｉｓ） 方法对香港建筑业１９８１ ～１９９４ 年生产率进行经济计量分析． 结果表明， 香港建筑业生产率年均增长１－１２ ％ ． 经比较发现， 资本人工比率较小、公司规模较大、分包率较低及材料消耗率较低的企业， 生产效率较高． 该推断得到了数据的支持和验证．
