| 摘 要： | 根据乳化炸药乳化器安全监测与智能控制的现状及存在的问题,设计了一种基于PLC的炸药乳化器在线监测与智能控制系统.介绍了基于PLC的炸药乳化器在线监测与智能控制系统的工作原理及实现方式.应用实例表明该系统运行可靠,稳定性高,抗干扰能力强,易于对老的乳化炸药生产线进行升级改造,具有广阔的应用前景.
