摘    要:研究了燃气工艺参数对超音速火焰喷涂Cr3 C2-NiCr涂层性能的影响规律.在不同的燃气工艺参数下制备了超音速火焰喷涂Cr3 C2-NiCr涂层,观察了涂层的显微组织结构和X射线衍射图谱,并分析了腐蚀试验结果、冲蚀磨损试验结果、结合强度试验结果和孔隙率.根据以上试验结果研究了燃气工艺参数对涂层性能的影响规律.

Abstract:The influence law of the gas parameters on the Cr3C2-NiCr coating’s properties sprayed by HVOF was researched.At first,the coating was prepared in different gas parameters by HVOF,then the microstructures and the atlases of X-ray diffraction were observed,at last the results of the corrosion test,erosion test,bending test and their porosity were analyzed.In accordance with the above,the influence law of the gas parameters on coating’s properties was researched.
