摘    要:太阳能产业的高速发展带来光伏玻璃的快速增长,超白压延玻璃作为太阳能装置首选的盖板材料越发潮流化。超白压延玻璃生产科技含量高、生产难度大,任何一个细微的成型缺陷都有可能影响玻璃的质量等级与加工性能,本文对超白压延玻璃成形缺陷产生的原因进行了分析,并提出了合理的解决措施。

Abstract:The high speed development of solar energy industry brings the rapid growth of photovoltaic glass . Ultra-clear photovoltaic glass used as the cover material for solar energy setup is more popular and worldwide . The production of PV-glass is high in technological content and the manufacture process is difficult to control . Any little defect will affect the quality and processed performance. Therefore the causes of defect in low-iron photovoltaic glass produced by rolled process and the corresponding steps were described in this paper.
