摘    要:提出了自主覆盖优化方法(ACOS),该方法适用于无线接入网的下行覆盖优化,无需人工干预,利用移动台测量报告中的数据,评定下行覆盖状况,并生成优化调整方案,各小区根据方案调节发射功率实现优化.仿真结果验证了在下行覆盖不足和下行覆盖过度场景中,ACOS都可以有效提高网络覆盖质量,可使各项覆盖指标达到目标参考值的要求.

Abstract:A new automated coverage optimization scheme (ACOS) is proposed, which can be used to optimize wireless down link coverage in various kinds of radio access networks. ACOS can work well without manual intervention. Records in measurement report of mobile stations are used to estimate condition of wireless down link coverage and generate accommodation scheme. When transmitting, cells power will be adjusted according to accommodation scheme, optimization is done. Simulations show that, in both weak coverage and excessive coverage situation, the quality of wireless down link coverage is improved by ACOS; the indicators of coverage can achieve objective reference value.
