高校人才培养模式的概念界定与要素解析

摘    要:加强对人才培养模式的理论研究既是时代发展的强烈呼唤。也是高等教育自身发展的迫切要求。近年来,关于人才培养模式概念的界定见仁见智,关于人才培养模式构成要素的表述也莫衷一是,从而影响了对人才培养模式的理性认识和改革创新。界定人才培养模式必须从分析“模式”和“人才培养”的内涵以及“人才培养模式的特点”入手。高校人才培养模式是培养主体为了实现特定的人才培养目标,在一定的教育理念指导和一定的培养制度保障下设计的,由若干要素构成的具有系统性、目的性、中介性、开放性、多样性与可仿效性等特征的有关人才培养过程的运作模型与组织样式。它主要由人才培养理念、专业设置模式、课程设置方式、教学制度体系、教学组织形式、隐性课程形式、教学管理模式与教育评价方式八大要素构成。

Abstract:To strengthen the theory research on talent-cultivation pattern is not only the strong call of era development, but also the urgent requirement of higher education' s own development. In recent years, the ideas of how to defining the concept and the components of the talent-cultivation pattern are diverse, that affects the rational cognition and the innovation of talent cultivation pattern. To define the talent cultivation pattern should start with the analysis of connotation of "pattern" and "cultivation" as well as "the characteristics of talent cultivation pattern". University talent cultivation pattern is the operation model and organization pattern which is composed by several elements and characterized with systematization, purpose, medium, openness and diversity. It is designed by the cultivation subject to accomplish particular cultivation target with the guidance of certain educational ideas and the guarantee of certain cultivation system and mainly consists of the idea of talent cultivation, major-setting model, curriculum design patter, teaching systems, teaching organization pattern, the hidden curriculum form, teaching management mode and education evaluation mode.
